Why the thumb?

Sweet little Hadley has taken up the art of thumb sucking, and I don't really know what to think about that yet?  She now prefers her thumb over her pacifier - not that she was ever too fond of her pacifier.  In fact, she likes to have her bottle in her mouth with her thumb right beside it.  Hmm.  What are we going to do about this?
