Tongue-Tied

It was discovered shortly after Hadley was born that she was tongue-tied.  After much research and heartache, Austin and I decided to have her tongue clipped.  As hard as it was to let Dr. Pitts clip it, we knew it was best in order to reduce the possibility of speech problems in the future.

I knew it wasn't going to be a very fun day, so I put a fun outfit on her in hopes that it would help cheer her up!  It's the "taggie" outfit she got from Grandpa Mark and Grandma Kim.

These were the comfort tools for the day!

Hadley was upset after the clipping, but for good reason.  We both cried and I gave her lots of love and kisses!

After a little time had passed, we had our quiet peaceful little girl back!
