Happy Birthday!!!

Austin, also known as daddy, celebrated his 31st birthday today! 

With the help of Hadley, we made daddy's birthday great!  His present was a Samsung Blu-Ray player and his first birthday card from Hadley!

Happy Birthday Miss Embry Marcum!

We traveled to Louisville, KY this weekend for Embry Marcum's 1st birthday party.  She is the daughter of Austin's fraternity brother, Brandon Marcum, and his wife Beth.  She's such an adorable little girl and we loved watching her celebrate!

We also got to catch up with our friends Aaron and Katy Boggs along with their little one, Allison!

More Labor Day Family Time

After I got home from the Blueberry Festival, Austin, Hadley and I went over to Grandpa Wise's house in Rochester for a cookout.  Hadley had fun playing on the blanket with her cousin Julianna.  How precious these little girls are!

Labor Day Weekend!

Austin, Hadley and I went out to the farm today to celebrate Labor Day and meet up with family.

Now this is God's country!

Everyone enjoyed watching Aunt Shelby ride her horse Braveheart!

Austin and I took advantage of the off duty parent time by taking a golf cart ride around the back fields on the farm!  I love the relaxing feeling you get when you head out to the farm.

A trip to Wabash...

Hadley and I took a trip to Wabash with Aunt Lex and cousins Gabe and Julianna today.  We went to a store called Jack in the Box, ate at Burger King and then went back to Akron for our first walk around town in Hadley's new stroller.  It was fun to get out and enjoy the day!

We got the first piece of mail addressed to Hadley Martelle Allen today.  It is her social security card.  How neat it is to see her name printed on something so official.
