Hadley "played" on her Rainforest Gym for the first time this afternoon. Well, she really doesn't play, she just lays there right now...and falls asleep!

Rose-Hulman Homecoming!
We traveled to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, IN for Austin's Homecoming this past weekend. We always have SO much FUN catching up with old friends at Sonka's, eating at First Wok, attending the picnic at the Delta Sigma Phi house and then heading over to campus to shop at the bookstore and wonder down to the football game.
Hadley sported her Rose-Hulman gear on Saturday.
Mommy and Daddy with Hadley.
Having fun at the Delta Sigma Phi Family Picnic. Grandma Joyce enjoyed the front porch swing and everyone just hung out and had a great time!
Hadley got her picture taken in front of Hadley Hall. No, we did not name her after this hall...in case you were wondering!

Birth Certificate
We picked up Hadley's birth certificate at the Hendrick's County Courthouse today. We had to travel all of the way to Danville, IN since she was born at Clarian West Medical Center in Avon, IN. Whew, that's a few miles just for a piece of paper. Important piece of paper, that is!

St. Joseph County Fair
On Tuesday, we met Grandpa Mark, Grandma Kim and Aunt Shelby at the St. Joseph County Fair in Michigan. Hadley had a great time....sleeping once again!
There was an awesome grey horse that we had to check out. The color of this horse was SO pretty! Grandpa Mark wanted to buy him, but he wasn't for sale!
Great Grandpa Reames had his two Allis Chalmers tractors at the fair. We wanted to get a picture of Hadley, Austin and Shelby on the tractor for him, but it got dark to quick.

Hadley's Michigan Baby Shower
I took the weekend job at Clarian West in May which didn't allow for Saturday baby showers. The girls in Warsaw and Indy went ahead and threw parties for me on Friday nights, which were great! However, Austin's mom thought it would be better to wait until after I had the baby to have the shower in Michigan. This ended up turning out great, as well, because we received tons of beautiful "pink" items for our baby girl, and those last minute necessities that we hadn't received prior to Hadley's birth.
Aunt Shelby drew an awesome bear and welcomed Hadley to her shower!
Hadley received lots a fun gifts. She got a Michigan State cheerleader outfit from Great Uncle Mike...if you know how much her daddy loves the University of Michigan, you would understand the humor in this gift! Ha...I loved it!
More great gifts for Hadley!!
Hadley was quite the party animal once again...here she is being loved on by both her Great Grandma and Grandma!! What a lucky girl!
Grandpa Mark had a fun hay ride set up for everyone! The couple to the right is my best friend Kariann and her husband Dustin. What great friends they are!!

Good Times at the Lake with Great Friends!
This weekend we had our first lake party! Our friends, Pete and Holly, along with their little boy, Gabe, came up from Indy. I had some old friends from High School over as well.
Hadley once again sleeping through the party!
Pete broke his ankle the day before Hadley was born...we modified corn hole to accommodate the handicapped!
Apparently there was a wedding taking place a few houses down the day of our party....hmm.
Kacey, Addison, Holly and Gabe all enjoyed our sandy shore line. Wait until next year when we get a boat!
All of the kids at the party, including the neighborhood kids decided to swing on my hammock....all at the same time! AHH!
Gabe loves balloons!
